With his companions, he explores time and space, faces a variety of foes and saves civilizations, helping people and righting wrongs.

The Doctor and Amy Pond are heading back West, this time for San Diego Comic-Con. Doctor Who stars Matt Smith and Karen Gillan will make their first-ever appearance at the mega-popular annual event, BBC America has revealed today. On Sunday, July 24, the TARDIS twosome will take part in Doctor Who panel alongside show writer (and Being Human creator) Toby Whithouse and executive producers Piers Wenger and Beth Willis.
